F4F Student bursaries
Methods@Manchester are again offering three partial bursaries for the Filmmaking For Fieldwork Summer School . These are offered on a competitive basis, and will provide £783 toward the cost of a place on the course (full student fee is £1,175).
These are open to current postgraduate students to attend this year’s F4F Summer School, subject to approval on application. The course takes place from 1 – 11 July 2019 at Futureworks School of Media in Manchester, UK.
The course is designed for anthropologists and other social researchers who wish to develop the practical skills to make documentary films as part of their ethnographic field research.
Two bursaries are reserved for postgraduate students from the University of Manchester or those on the North West Social Science Doctoral Research Training Partnership and one is available for global applications. For an application form, please email: methods@manchester.ac.uk
